A Vision to Sustain Islamic Education

Tameli Studio was born from a vision to sustain Islamic education and scholarship in a time when traditional funding models are no longer available. In classical Islamic societies, educational institutions were supported through state sponsorship or private endowments (waqfs), but those models are no longer accessible today. With this in mind, Tameli Studio was founded as a meaningful way to support Madrasa Fatima Azzahra.

Our mission is to create products that are as enriching as they are beautiful. Whether exploring the intricate details of a historic masjid or incorporating subtle Islamic reminders into daily life, every item invites reflection and connection with the Islamic heritage.

The name "Tameli" is derived from the Arabic word ta'ammali, which means "contemplate." This perfectly encapsulates our mission: to create products that encourage contemplation and a deeper understanding of the beauty and wisdom inherent in Islamic culture.
